      • • Payment must be completed and proof uploaded before finalizing the booking
      • • You will receive TWO emails: one for submission confirmation and another for approval/decline status
      • • Wait for the approval email before visiting the center

      What to Expect After Booking

      1. Immediate Confirmation: After clicking "Finalize Booking", you'll receive an email confirming that your booking has been submitted successfully.
      2. Review Period: LADJC staff will review your booking and documents. This typically takes a few minutes to a few hours.
      3. Final Decision: You'll receive a second email notifying you whether your booking was APPROVED or DECLINED with the reason provided.
      4. Next Steps: If approved, follow the instructions in the email. If declined, you may resubmit with corrected information.
